Loud, chaotic, and completely unhinged just like the song, Minkey Boodles is a vibrant pink-purple polish packed with black interruption flakes, vibrant fuchsia and blue shreds, and flashes of grass-green holographic sparkle.
This polish dries with a textured finish and will need a base coat and glitter-smoothing top coat for best results.
