Inspiration - Blue Hosta Plant
Blucifer based off the blue hosta plant. It is a jelly polish packed with glitter as the blue hosta has almost like a sparkle effect to it. Blue is my all-time favorite nail polish color. I honestly have to talk myself into wearing other colors.
