As a 90s kid without cable, I lived on PBS cartoons. Arthur was a staple all throughout my childhood, I even had an Arthur plushie with plastic glasses! I didn’t learn he was an aardvark till like 10 years old.
A yellow jelly with an assortment of glitters. Dries textured.
